This hampers our ability to tackle the most important challenges we face – from climate change and cultural acceptance, to inequality and global economic transformation. We have hardened to each other at a time when flexibility, adaptability, and mutual support are required to secure a more positive future. 

Ensemble is Broaden’s effort to build connection and community in a world that too often feels immediate, self-centered, and isolated. Through events, programs, and collaborations, Ensemble members support a new generation of diverse leaders as they explore human connection and build common ground.
