With the Sochi Riviera to his back, Dmitri Medvedev chides Ukraine President Viktor Yushchenko for his administration’s anti-Russia policies in a video posted on the Kremlin’s website late Tuesday. Earlier in the day, Medvedev sent Yushchenko a lengthy public letter in which he said tensions between the two countries had fallen “off the scale.”
