World Policy On Air: William Powers

In the opening edition of "World Policy On Air," Editor-in-Chief David Andelman interviews World Policy Institute's Senior Fellow William Powers. Andelman asks Powers for an update on carbon ranching, a topic Powers wrote about in the Fall 2009 issue of the World Policy Journal. Andelman also asks Powers about his latest book, Twelve by Twelve, and contrasts the differences between Powers's experiences and those of Henry David Thoreau.
